If you can, put one of them away and see how it is in a couple of years. Black ops is amazing with a couple of years on em! I think I missed them this year but no biggy. I'll have my buddy in NY pick some up. Just a little punch in the wallet at $19 per. G1
Ill try to save one of the bottles, but I am never good at doing that! They sold for $25 here, which is way more than I typically spend on a bottle...They had a one bottle limit but my girlfriend was with me so she bought the other one.

Yes... And I like it! It is exactly like eating a maple bar with bacon on top. It was a little thinner than I hoped, which makes sense being an ale and not a porter. That said, it is a heavier beer that makes you fill up.
Also, I really enjoyed it with a cigar. I have 3 bottles left for myself and will probably have everyone with a cigar.
I'll take you up on a two pack offer....

Love the Dead guy, and the Chocolate Stout (if you've got a nice Liga Privada 9 or T52 those pair VERY nice w/ this one...or any nice maddie for that matter)....
Always fun to see the BOTL'O beers showing up on other doorsteps as well. Very cool!

Remind me to give you a heads up next time I hit one of there garage sales. This past summer I got cases of Double Mocha porter for $28 each, Morimoto Soba (one of my favorite summertime beers) for $32 a case, and Mexicali Rogue (in misprint bottles) for $22 a case. They don't usually have the real limited stuff, but there are great deals to be had.
I'm down to my last case of Double Mocha, so I'll probably be hitting the New Years garage sale, first part of next year.
Guess we're a little spoiled on the Rogue front here, but I've actually grown to resent them a little. There's no way Dead guy, and Shakespeare stout, and Rogues other regular releases ought to be selling for $7+ per 22, when other local-ish breweries (Ninkasi, 10 barrels, Lagunitas, Laughing Dog, Deschutes etc.) can be had for $4-$5. Gotta look out for the local folk who supported you 15+ years ago.:argue:

Dunno if I'm a Rogue whore. Never had one yet. I hear good things so figure I would give it a shot. I tend to go big before the flop. It's easier dropping a few bucks on beers blindly than boxes of smokes. Problem is I do the same thing on boxes. If I don't like it they make great bombs.
