Ive just started working out again. My wife and I have been hitting the gym 3+ days a week. She started couch to 5k this week and im starting it next. Its not much but being at a desk for 7 years kinda lets you get out of shape....... have lost 15 lbs in 2 months, the diet change was the hardest, but the whole family is doing it.

Decided me and my workout partner's new warm up exercise last night at the gym. Spent 30 minutes on a treadmill. Started at 1 degree incline then every minute we bumped it up 1%. By the end of 30 minutes we were at 30% incline(machine max) and sweating bullets. Great work out and burned over 500 calories in that time.

Posted my fastest four mile run time in 13 years tonight. Very hilly route (my neighborhood). Felt really good the entire time. Five miles tomorrow!

Woke up this morning still drunk.

Didn't make it to the gym...
You're my hero
Ah good times lol.

Been alternating between gym days and cardio days - mainly playing full court basketball for a few hours. Enjoy this rotation much more than my previous approach.

Another four miles tonight. That's 23 miles in six days. Not too shabby for a guy who had to get out of the Army due to leg injuries. Feels good (if painful) to be out pounding asphalt again.

Off tomorrow, ten miles this weekend.

been doing mostly cardio lately and some light lifting. When you spend all day in a gym its hard to get the motivation to work out sometimes. I suck. I need to get in shape asap, getting married on the beach June 1. Gotta look good for all them fine beach bunnies that will be out there.
