@Tennessee Dave these guys used to sponsor Botl and roast one hell of what you are looking for.......Just my regular Starbucks French Roast this morning. I wish I could find some really good Ethiopian Harrar. At its best it has the most intense blueberry flavor I have ever seen. If anybody knows of a really good source of Ethiopian beans please let me know. I love the fruity notes of a good one.

Do it!!!!! Aside from equipment, it's the cheapest way to enjoy fresh coffee that is high quality. I average about $5/lb for the green coffee. I'm cheap and didn't invest in an expensive roaster, for $20 you can get a stove top popcorn popper that works very well if you don't mind sitting there cranking it by hand for 10 minutes.Picked up 8oz of this. Stupid expensive, but it's really damn good.

I couldn't wait and just brewed a cup in the French press. While tomorrow and the next day's cups will be better, this is fantastic stuff. Along with the bakers chocolate there is a tropical fruit thing going on that is very pleasant. I haven't had many Ethiopians due to a bad experience with a local roasters offering, but knowing how to roast to my tastes I will be stocking up now.
