Got ya. In that position it is a "lat pulldown."
My experience with them has been that the angles can leave a lot to be desired on some moves. You also have to try them to make sure that they aren't using the pulley and cambers to over assist.Do any of you guys have a piece of home equipment that does just about everything? Kind of similar to what it seems like @Boudie has.
I'm looking for recommendations.
All that to say....I have almost zero ability to do pull exercises still.
