That is amazing progress!Hit the 2 mile mark on the treadmill this morning, gonna get some AB work at the office today, chest and triceps after lunch and some errands. Jumped on the scale before heading out the door today, 205lbs! A doctor would probably say I'm fat, but that's a hell of a number when a year ago I was at 265!

That would make cardio bearable! Leg and shoulder day here in rural Arkansas!4 miles, but concrete won't do this morning. Had to go to the Thinking Spot. Sometimes you gotta earn your miles.
