Been down since Saturday with a bad cold/flu/rona situation.... Didn't get tested, so who knows, but I'm hoping to get something light in tomorrow before work.
8 days since I worked out... No clue what that was, but it took .e down. 2 miles on the treadmill, and then I'm gonna draw a new routine up and start that later.
Legs, abs and a 2 mile walk. Decided on legs and arms 3 days ea, pairing abs with legs, and an arms with a day each of chest back and shoulders. Light cardio all 6 days, and a rest day.
I did 2.5 treadmill miles. The resistance training is suffering due to nagging issues.... But I got a good base. If I can lean out, may as well! Longstanding knee and back issues coming up again, and an occasional elbow issue flaring up.
