Rough couple of weeks. Finally went for more testing, but it will take three weeks to get the report. Right now I'm just doing a little stationary biking and working to prevent atrophy. All the doctors are saying that light cardio is the answer.
Leg presses and curls, and 58 minutes of hills on the bike. I've been going to higher and higher levels, I think I'm going to cap the rides at 60 minutes and try to up the intensity rather than the time.
