Crushed the cardio yesterday, it's crazy how much it has improved in a short time. Legs were tough as I did them after, but still got some good work in.

Back and bis today.

Finally got my head right. After a successful yet dirty bulk, been cutting for just over two weeks. Belt has gone in a notch, and discipline is being maintained on the weekends, which was always a sticking point. Hoping to continue through the new year and then see where I am at.

Good push workout yesterday, finally able to train chest and shoulders normally again.

Crushed the cardio again, adding more intensity rather than more minutes at this point.

Some hack squats and hamstring curls after, I'll need to do legs before cardio on the weekend. ;) ;)
