I really fucked up last week. I pushed too hard and haven't recovered. I did my usual three minute warm up with bands and my energy disappeared and symptoms flared again.
Tore up back and bis yesterday. First chest/shoulder workout in a week coming up today, I'll do at least one more "rehab" day before really getting at it.
As of Sunday morning, I have hit 17.5" and 17.25" on my right and left arms respectively. Cutting phase has commenced. So far so good as far as hunger goes....but lifting heavy on only 1700 calories is brutal.
