Been lazy the last few days. Concussion symptoms flared up pretty bad after the last workout. So, just trying to get back to baseline.

I did take time to toss together some Sumac Onions to put in my eggs next week. It is a quick way to add flavor and extra nutrients.

The basic recipe is here

I leave out the sugar but add 1 tablespoon of Aleppo Pepper flakes and a diced jalapeno.

I really fucked up last week. I pushed too hard and haven't recovered. I did my usual three minute warm up with bands and my energy disappeared and symptoms flared again.

Sitting out another couple of days.

Mike, hope you're feeling better soon.

Tore up back and bis yesterday. First chest/shoulder workout in a week coming up today, I'll do at least one more "rehab" day before really getting at it.

12 hamstring curls

A resistance band was attached to my ankles for all exercises.

Not much but it was something. Going to try for a walk if it gets out of the 40s.

As of Sunday morning, I have hit 17.5" and 17.25" on my right and left arms respectively. Cutting phase has commenced. So far so good as far as hunger goes....but lifting heavy on only 1700 calories is brutal.
