Today I'm doing extensive right arm curls - 16oz pints - I'm going to need to switch to my left arm soon because i can feel the burn :rofl:.

I admire you guys that have the willpower to commit to a structured work out program. I was pretty good in my 20's thru late 30's but when i hit 40, i kinda lost interest. That's probably a bad thing because as i get older the more i need a workout routine.

Yesterday was an 8 exercise back workout. First true back workout in several months since I did something to my rotator cuff and couldn't even think about doing a single pull up. Now that it's better I hit the back pretty hard and my body lats and traps are super soar. Took today off, but tomorrow it's gonna be a nice shoulder day.

Doing two-a-days today.

Just completed:
5 minutes jumping rope (warm up)
100 push ups divided into 5 unequal sets
3 mile run
Did the run with my wife so it was much slower than my normal pace. I'm sweating like crazy but not gasping for breath. This afternoon: kick boxing.
