After breakfast walk and 10 minute back cued up for after grocery shopping.

I found an old pair of trail running shoes in the closet. Being the intelligent person I am I decided to wear them because of the gravel and grass on my path. When it was over I remembered why they were in the back of the closet.

"You idiot! Why didn't you just throw them away?" :ROFLMAO:

My wife was here last week, so all I worked on was projects.
Two of those days I changed my shirt twice because they were soaked with sweat.
Humidity is no joke here, but I gotta look at it for the detox benefits. Back to Muay Thai tomorrow.
Lived here in high humidity my whole life and it's still something that annoys the hell out of me. Had to change the battery on my truck after finding it died yesterday afternoon...only took 10 minutes of work, but doing that in the garage was enough that my shirt and undershirt were completely soaked. Sorry family...I know we're starving and were headed to lunch, but Dad smells like a water buffalo and needs to take another shower. It is...a pain in the ass for sure.

No Muay Thai today. As I mentioned earlier, that place has no AC. It was 99 at our place and I don't want to dai for da Muay Thai. Heat index of 115 I think it said.
I still probably got rid of 5 gallons of sweat fixing fences in our pastures. I promise to git back at it on Wednesday.
